"Eternally"

Danita presented her new gospel CD, Eternally, at a sold out concert Nov. 2, 2002. Eternally features 11 contemporary gospel songs, eight of which were written by Danita and husband Robert Mumphard.

“When talking about the wonders of God and His Son, Jesus, with my husband, I wondered why Jesus would come down from a perfect heaven and enter an imperfect world,” Danita said. “It was so we would have life—eternally. From that thought, Eternally was born.”

Eternally’s songs appeal to a wide audience. “We made sure that all of our songs are Biblically based, and we made sure you get your ‘praise on.’” remarked Robert Mumphard, the album’s producer and co-founder of Reap Pen Productions, “If you like your gospel with a jazzy feel, we have songs for you. If you like your gospel to be meditative, we have songs for you. If you want to do a dance of praise, we even have a salsa track for you.”

Recorded at the Mumphards’ own Reap Pen Studios, Eternally’s songs have four broad messages. “We have songs of praise, songs of God’s empowerment to His people, songs of forgiveness and redemption, and songs of God’s power,” Danita said.
